 europsychiatric Disorder Associated with Strep (PANDAS) and Pediatric Acut
 e-Onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS) are post-infectious neuroinflamma
 tory disorders impacting as many as 1 in 200 children. PANDAS/PANS are oft
 en mistaken for a psychiatric illness\, tic disorder\, eating disorder\, o
 r a behavioral health problem\, resulting in incorrect treatment that can 
 lead to troubling side effects.\n\nDuring this presentation\, participants
  will learn about the guidelines in diagnosing PANDAS/PANS\, appropriate t
 reatment\, and barriers often encountered by both patients and providers.\
