Course materials establish the CALS Universal App roach to critically ill or injured patients\, which defines the manner by which care providers evaluate and treat emergency patients.\n\n \n\nThe CA LS Course was designed to provide physicians\, registered nurses\, physici an assistants\, nurse practitioners and paramedics with the opportunity to learn and practice infrequently used lifesaving skills.
