 Jeff Matthews\, LTC Ret.\, BA\, BSN\, BHS\, MDM\, RN\n\nJoin us at Tuesday
  Talks this month as we examine the interplay between chronic stress\, PTS
 D\, and workplace violence in healthcare settings.\n\nOur presenter\, Jeff
  Matthews\, is an Anchorage nurse and U.S. Army veteran with decades of nu
 rsing experience in emergency\, military\, and mental health settings.\n\n
 Learn about physiological and psychological responses that result from cum
 ulative stressors and traumatic events and understand their impact on pati
 ent interactions and care.\n\nWe'll also explore strategies to foster safe
 r healthcare environments and improve outcomes.\n\nHow to Register\nRegist
 ration is required. After registering\, you will receive an email with you
 r personal link to join the presentation on Zoom. Please plan to join the 
 webinar a few minutes early. You must attend a minimum of 90% of the event
  and complete an online evaluation to receive contact hours.\n\nRegister f

 ct hours if I only attend a portion of the event? You must attend a minimu
 m of 90% of the event to receive contact hours.\n\nWhat else do I need to
  do to earn contact hours? In addition to attending at least 90% of the p
 resentation\, you must also complete an online evaluation within 24 hours 
 to receive contact hours.\n\nHow do I complete the required evaluation? Th
 e evaluation link is shared in the chatbox at the end of the presentation
  and closes after 24 hours. This is the only way we distribute the link.\
 n\nWhen will I receive my certificate? Certificates are emailed within two
  weeks of the presentation to the email provided at registration.\n\nAbout

 cally for Alaskan nurses. Every month\, we explore a unique and enriching 
 topic with a local expert. Designed to elevate your nursing knowledge and 
 practice\, Tuesday Talks offers free contact hours to participants. The ev
 ent series is hosted on Zoom and welcomes nurses across Alaska. Attendance
