The Providence Registered Nurses bargaining unit officers election is approaching and we want YOU to become a leader!
The election will fill the following positions:
- President
- Secretary – 1-year term only
- Treasurer
- Grievance Officer – 3 positions
All terms begin following the election in January 2024. Positions are two-year terms ending in January 2026 unless otherwise noted.
Candidate Eligibility
Running for a position is open to all AaNA bargaining unit members in good standing at Providence Alaska Medical Center. Nurses who are fair-share fee payers or are otherwise in a non-member status are not eligible to run for office or vote.
Nomination Requirements
All candidates must fill out and submit the appropriate Consent to Serve form by 11:59 PM on January 15, 2024. Forms should be submitted to geri@aknurse.org.
