Local Leaders and Grievance Officers
Your bargaining unit leaders and grievance officers are your coworkers who have been elected to serve as leaders by their fellow union members. We aim to create two-way communication with our members, so please be sure to introduce yourself to your leaders and get involved in some of our ongoing initiatives. Remember, our union doesn’t exist without active, incredible members like you.
Have a workplace issue that needs to be resolved? Your local grievance officer is here to help. Our mission is to create a safe, healthy, fair, and happy workplace for our nurses. Contact your local grievance officer to file a grievance, get union representation at a meeting, or discuss a workplace issue.
