
Mindfulness for Stress Reduction
Reduce anxiety, depression, stress, chronic pain and negative moods with the help of mindful awareness and compassion.
Mindfulness can benefit people who report a variety of conditions and concerns:
- Stress
- Medical conditions
- Psychological distress
- General prevention & wellness
The program consists of eight three hour classes and a one-day retreat, with guided mindfulness instructions, group dialogue, and mindful yoga.
When: Thursday evenings for 8 weeks. 02/20/2025 – 04/10/2025, plus one all-day session on 3/29/2025
