Caring for the Caregiver
Presented by Audrey Cotter, RN

Nurses are experts at taking care of others. What about caring for ourselves?

The wellbeing of nurses is often overlooked but critically important — especially today, as record levels of nurses report experiencing negative impacts to their mental or physical health over the past three years.

This presentation will provide a data-driven look at the holistic components of caring for the self. You’ll leave armed with knowledge, tips, and inspiration you can utilize in your life immediately to make positive changes.
