Voter Information: Providence Registered Nurses Officers Election

The Providence Registered Nurses (PRN) Officers Election is now underway! This is your opportunity to cast your vote for nurses who will serve as leaders of the PRN bargaining unit.

How to Vote

Voting opens on Monday, January 20 at 5:30 PM and closes on Saturday, February 15 at noon.

The election is being conducted through a secure online voting platform. Members will receive a snail mail postcard with QR code inviting them to cast their ballot. All members with a valid personal email address on file will also receive an email invitation to vote on Monday, January 20 at 5:30 PM. Candidate Information

The election will fill 7 positions:

  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Health & Safety Officer
  • PRN Representative to the Labor Council
  • Grievance Officer (3 positions)

All positions are for 2-year terms ending January 2027.

Voter Eligibility

All AaNA members in good standing who are represented in the Providence Registered Nurses bargaining unit at PAMC are eligible to vote in this election. Union-represented non-members, such as fee payers, are not eligible to vote.
